Though times are tough with the economy at this moment, people still love to party, and they want to know that they can do it affordably. All of us at Limo Bus Seattle understand that, and we want to work with you to find the Seattle party bus package that suits your needs best. You can give us a call with a general budget in mind, and we can tell you the best ways that we can work within that budget.
Should you be one of the lucky few who doesn't have a budget at all, we can certainly go all out and make your trip the experience of a lifetime! In either case, we are absolutely equipped to give you one of the best times you have ever had on the road.
To save money, book during the week. Though we don't post exact rates on our site due to the frequency with which they change, we can tell you that the least expensive days of the week for renting a party bus are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Sunday is a little more expensive, Friday still a bit more, and Saturday is the most expensive. Of course many events are held on a specific date that cannot be changed, but if you do have a bit of leeway in the planning process, those are your best days of the week in terms of saving a few bucks! Also, there are some times during the year in which we may run a special or two. Be sure to inquire about that prospect! While we can't grantee that there'll be a special price running for your date, at least you will know for sure.
Always book early. We find that our rates are more affordable than most other party bus companies in the area, so you'll want to ensure that you book early in the game if you don't want to be stuck working with one of the more expensive companies. We do recommend calling at least two weeks in advance whenever possible. Of course, if you need a last minute booking we will do our best to fit you in! But it's always in your best interest to book early to have the widest selection of buses and to avoid the possibility that we'll already be completely booked for that day.
There are never any extra fees for staying longer. Some party buses will tack on exhorbitant fees if you happen to decide that you'd like to extend your service beyond the times and dates that you agreed to during booking. But not us! We'd never do that to you. We will simply continue to bill you at the same hourly rate that we agreed to during booking. No shocking surprises on your bill equals a happy customer, and that's always our goal. Besides, we love for you to stay longer if you're having a wonderful time. We are in the business of fun, after all!
