Frequently Asked Questions

Limo Bus Seattle

In the process of doing business with the Seattle population, we have noticed that we get many of the very same questions when our potential clients give us a call for the first time. In order to save you some time, we have gathered some of those most frequently asked questions and posted the answers right here on our site. And here they are:

Q: "What parts of the Seattle area do you service?" A: We've posted a service area page for your convenience, but note that we do travel outside of that area for certain occasions. If you can't find your city on that list, give us a call and we can discuss your locations.

Q: "What will happen if we keep the bus longer than we expected? Will we pay additional fees?" A: We're happy to tell you that you will incur no additional fees for this! We love for our customers to have a great time, and we never mind you staying longer than you planned. We simply continue charging you at the same hourly rate that was agreed to during the booking process. That's it. So you can just relax and enjoy yourself.

Q: "What times of the year do you operate?" A: We operate 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. That means that you can book us for Christmas, New Year's Eve, St Patrick's Day, etc. When the other party bus companies are off on holiday, we are working hard for you! We do recommend that you give us a call at least two weeks in advance for all bookings, and for those very in-demand times of the year you may want to call a little bit sooner than that just to be certain that we're not already booked! But there are no limits to the times of the year or the hours of the day that we'll serve you.

Q: "Can we smoke on the bus?" A: We're sorry to the smokers out there, but no, you cannot smoke on our buses. We enforce a very strict no smoking policy to protect the cleanliness and integrity of the high quality furnishings and equipment on our buses, and also out of respect for our nonsmoking customers who may rent the bus after you.

Q: "Can we drink on the bus?" A: Of course you can, that's why it's called a party bus! You are welcome to bring your favorite alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages on board to stock the bar. We will provide plenty of ice and plastic cups for you (glasses aren't the best idea in a moving vehicle!). We are not allowed by law to provide you with alcohol, but you are definitely welcome to bring your own.

Q: "Are we completely protected while we're on the road with Limo Bus Seattle?" Yes! We are licensed and insured to the fullest extent allowed by the law, and our permits are all kept up to date. We hire only the most professional chauffeurs that pass our background tests and drug tests. And, of course, we maintain our buses in the most perfect condition that we possibly can. You can rest assured knowing that you're in good hands with our company.

We hope that we answered all of your questions here, but if we didn't, all you've got to do is pick up the phone or shoot us a quick email. Our contact information is here. Otherwise, click below to continue to our About Us page.
